Windows VM doesn't have valid IP

Can you please help me whats wrong with windows VM i created on proxmox? it's showed no valid ip on network and no internet. I already install all virtio drivers and qemu agent. already created linux bridge on vmbr0. But i confuse why VM assigned different ip address on ipv4 instead of vmbr0 i configured. Attached screenshot

I just learn how to use proxmox. the purpose is to make multiple windows vps, and will connect it to whmcs with module.

The IP on vmbr0 is for your Proxmox host, not for the VMs attached to this bridge.
You need to assign an IP inside the VM from within the network the bridge is attached to.

You mean manually assign IP to VM? i did it, but still has no internet, troubleshot also show doesnt have valid ip..

let me know what should i do again
