Hi,

Just a question, currently we run our WHMCS installation in a Proxmox VM running DirectAdmin. Before when WHMCS was hosted on a totally different server the Proxmox VPS Module could just connect to the Proxmox host. But currently that the WHMCS installation is in a VM on the Proxmox host I get a Connection Refused error message.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

With kind regards,

Tim

hi,

how are you trying to access the WHMCS?

maybe you need to do port forwarding on the firewall? or allow traffic to the VM?

There is a network bridge pointing to the gateway for example 123.123.123.1
With Proxmox on a public IP 123.123.123.20
And the DirectAdmin VM also with a public IP 123.123.123.40
Both using the same network bridge.
