Stopped receiving emails from successful backups or any communication altogether such as cron jobs.

I'm wondering if any body else is having issues. I have stopped receiving notifications from PVE. Either through Outlook or Gmail accounts.
Could this have to do with their emails becoming more secure? Or perhaps this is an internal issue?
I would appreciate help.
I think the latest email I received was from July 14.
Any help would be helpful.
Thank you.

Check the journal of your pve node for anything that might explain the error - if it's setup with the ISO - look for messages from postfix

I hope this helps!

Thanks, I'm not sure what to look for.

put shortly - your DNS setup is so that gmail won't accept mail from this host (unless you authenticate to them - via your gmail account) - check out the link - also there are quite a few threads in this forum that explain how to setup authentication with gmail servers
