Requesting Help with possibly destroyed PVE

I created a TrueNAS VM on PVE1 and tried to add a PCI device to it. Specifically what I thought was my LSI HBA card (listed as Broadcom/LSI SAS2308 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2) that my 8TB HDDs are connected to. Right after adding, I rebooted the VM and Proxmox stopped responding and gave me this error:

Connection error 500: RPCEnvironment init request failed: Unable to load access control list: Connection refused

I connected a monitor and keyboard and was greeted with a wall of text that didn't appear positive

Buffer I/O error on dev dm-12 (also 15, 10, 17) , logical block 9259, lost sync page write

Read-error on swap-device ( various )

device-mapper: thin: process_cell: dm_thin_find_block() failed: error = -5

The server eventually stopped responding but with a reboot, I was able to get to the loading screen and boot in to recovery mode but my knowledge is limited and I've been entirely unsuccessful in making any progress besides finally destroying the truenas vm with qm destroy.

Every time I boot to recovery mode, it gets stuck on:

IPv6: ADDRCONF (NETDEV_CHANGE): vmbr0: link becomes ready

I have a second server that isn't as powerful as my main box that I was playing with to learn about clustering (PVE2) but PVE1 just shows as ?. I had planned on making this a Proxmox Backup Server - ironic I know.. I don't mind rebuilding PVE1 but I'd rather not have to rebuild all the VMs or CTs. So if PVE1 is, in fact, toast, getting the VM's and CT's to PVE2 would be awesome.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
