[SOLVED] NVidia GTX 1660 PCi express GPU PASSTHROUGH on Windows Server 2019 not found

Hello, I have an NVidia GTX 1660 GPU that I have to use with Windows Server 2019 only that following the official guide the VM starts, but it does not work nor noVNC from browser and not even remote desktop that I had activated, but proxmox from browser tells me that the VM is active, is there anything i missed? how can i solve? could someone help me?

the version of ProxMox that I use is the Virtual Environment 6.1-3

the log just says it can't boot the VM

now from this error the VM TASK ERROR: timeout waiting on systemd

please post the complete vm config (you can get this with 'qm config ID')
and also the relevant parts of the log (e.g. with journalctl)
