HA & fencing

I'm using Proxmox 4.0, i have three nodes and i want to run High Avaibility. To do so i need to configure Fencing but i couldnt find "/etc/default/redhat-cluster-pve"
Can anyone give me a good tutorial to run HA ?
is it ok to run HA now with3 nodes and then add other nodes ?

Thanks for the links it looks helpful. Just one question, i've already removed acpid with: aptitude remove acpid, i have even setted 'PWR-Fail’ settings in the BIOS. Does it effect HA ? becuz it got watchdog fencing
