Hi guys

I'm creating this thread to ask you all what are the best configuration i can use to
create a Windows 10 VM.
I've tested several different configurations, but i want to know what are your opinions.

My Proxmox 7 Machine Hardware
Cpu: Intel i9900k
Board: Asus Prime z390-A
Ram: 128GB
SSD m.2: 2x 500GB

I want to have the best possible performance from the cpu
since the Windows server will be to host 4x ARK: Survival Evolved servers.

Waiting for your feedback ;)
Thanks for your time.

If you dont need to migrate your VMs between multiple nodes set your CPU type from "kvm64" to "host", set the flags for intel CPUs and AES-NI and choose "virtio SCSI" as storage controller and "SCSI" as protocol. And "virtio" as your NIC. You need to provide the virtio drivers to be able to install Windows.
