Unofficial Proxmox Discord server

Hey all,

I just like to announce here that there is an unofficial Discord server.
There we talk about anything related to self-hosting, containers, virtual machines or even unsupported things like

• running Proxmox in the cloud and it's related network issues
• officially unsupported hardware like raspberry pis
• or even avoiding double NAT at home to expose our services

Feel free to join our community here!

Please note that this Discord server is not meant to be a replacement for the official documentation, neither the official forum,
but about everything that seems to be out of the scope of the official support
and as a place to socialize with other hobby- or professional admins.

The official and by far the biggest community is this forum.
All others are small and NOT maintained by the core developers from Proxmox.

Community splitting is almost always a lose lose situation.

We see a lot of really wrong support and howtos in such "unofficial" groups and no one is there to correct this. Do not get me wrong, some are great too, but there is always a risk there and feedback to the project is limited.

Okay, just to give an update about the name and logo issue:

I've been in contact with your office and to avoid any interference with the trademarks which are the property of Proxmox Server Solutions, we decided to rename the community server to "ProxCord" and changed the logo too.

This should resolve any complications for now
