Ubuntu 16.04 Image very slow!

Hi,

I downloaded this Ubuntu 16.04 Image:

The Image is very slow, MySQL INSERT UPDATE and DELETE working for 5 minutes and more. I test PHP 7.0 with phpmyadmin and other PHP Applications same problem here, the system is very slow. The Container have 4 GB RAM and 4 Cores. CPU is on high load on only 30 % not more!

I have several Ubuntu 16.04 containers running MySQL (Seafile, OTRS, Observium) and no performance issues. Some PHP stuff runs even faster since upgrading.

But i didnt't use that image. I upgraded all machines from 14.04.

I give this image a try and check if there is any difference to an upgraded container.

Thank you! Did you test the image on your side? okay can i upgrade a container e.g. Ubuntu 15.10 to 16.04 it that possible without problems?
