Build:
Motherboard: Asus Rog Zenith Extreme Alpha X399
CPU: Ryzen Threadripper 2970wx (24 Core, 4.2GHz)
GPU: 2080 (this is the one I'm attempting to passthrough to the VM)
Second GPU: Radeon Pro WX2100
RAM: 128GB Dominator Platinum DDR4 3200Mhz (8 sticks)
HBA: LSI SAS 9300-16i
Hard Drives: Ironwolf Pro 12TB (5 Drives)

Newbie here, so be gentle. I was following instructions of this video in an attempt to passthrough one of my GPU's to a TrueNas Scale VM...
Note: Prior to attempting this process, my pool was healthy and fully functional. After trying to blacklist the GPU to make sure there was no issue with the passthrough, suddenly the disks could not be seen in the TrueNas VM... When I remove the hardware from the VM I can see the disks in Proxmox, but I can't get the disks attached to the HBA or the M.2 I have installed to be read by TrueNas where I can see it under storage.

I've checked and the IOMMU groups are not the same. I've also tried removing the .conf files I added while blacklisting the GPU and that hasn't helped either. I'm going on two weeks without a solution and I really would love any assistance here.
