Great work!

Thank You proxmox team!

One note : NoVNC is my prefered feature (forget Java!).
BUT : right-click on a VM shows an item "Console", while a click on the topright "console" button drops down a list, allowing to choose... Is there a way to launch a NoVNC console by right-clicking on a VM?

Thank you again,

Christophe.

Congrats for the new version!
Especially mobile interface was a must have.Tried it both with spice and html5 client and it's working flawlessly so far.

the right-click just opens the default console type (see Datacenter/Options: Console Viewer).

that means, if you choosed HTML5 here, your will get HTML5 also with the right-click.

if not, make sure that you reloaded the browser page, empty browser cache.

From the release notes.
"update ceph packages to 'firefly' (0.80.5)
  • Note: Please upgrade ceph packages first if you run ceph server on proxmox nodes (see ceph upgrade instructions). "

Where do i find the upgrade instructions?

edit
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ceph.list

be sure to have firefly

deb http://ceph.com/debian-firefly wheezy main

Then,
#apt-get update
#apt-get dist-upgrade.

You'll have proxmox and ceph updated at the same time.

After each node upgrade,
check that ceph is sync with other nodes (#ceph health)

Some truly fantastic updates but I do not seem much of the backup system being updated.

Could we have a community dialog about the backup features? I notice there are a lot of small items people request in the forum but it would also be nice to try to address incremental updates as well or somehow make off-site backups easier.

Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Please add something like "VM.Firewall" as role-permission in the next release. Would be great.

Thanks.

Edit: One more thing: When I login with a normal "PVEVMUser" via mobile-login on my smartphone, I get the error "Permission check failed (/, Sys.Audit) (403)". Login via root is working without problems.
