I have obtain an very good result by changing /sys/class/scsi_disk/0\:0\:0\:0/cache_type parameter on beta proxmox4 node, same change on proxmox3.4 have no effect, do you know why or what have changed into proxmox4 to have this result? Is correct to put "write through" in /sys/class/scsi_disk/0\:0\:0\:0/cache_type proxmox node?
I will try to rebuild an DRBD config on proxmox4 cluster to see if it's work also with this.
Thanks a lot
Excuse me if i am causing disturbances, but I have a new problem, i can not download from the repo git the "drbd-8.4.git" since this morning (now is of night):
shell> git clone git://git.drbd.org/drbd-8.4.git
Apparently, there are problems with this portal, so that i would like to ask you if you can send me in a tar.gz by email the program. My email is email@example.com
Excuse me please if I am bothering you again, but i have now a little problem with drbd-utils 8.9.1 version and LVM, maybe you can help me again, if you can't help me, i will understand it. Anyway, many thanks for all your valuable help.
Hello mir, thank you again for your help in my Proxmox VE 3.3. and Freenas 9.2.7 ZFS via iSCSI thread. I have a small question regarding the creation of a VM on the ZFS storage. What confuses me is that when I try to setup a new VM on the ZFS ZVOL target, i cannot choose a different HDD format than raw disk image. As far as I understand it, I won't be able to do snapshots of my VMs with that format. Shouldn't that be different, too? Sorry, just a little side question, that I didn't find suiting for the thread. With kind regards, MisterIX.
