Hi All.

So we got a fancy new supermicro server were trying to install proxmox on now.

The installation went pretty smooth. However, I can't get either of the onboard NICs to work. The supermicro docs list them as an Intel C621 platform .

Proxmox / Debian recognizes them as Intel X722 Ethernet adapters under lspci.

However, i am seeing absolutely 0 traffic on the port in the switch configs. IP, subnet. and gateway settings are correct.

Any idea if this platform just isnt supported?

I am having the same problems from a kubuntu 18.10 live cd btw..

EDIT: Supermicro MB: X11DPi-N

EDIT: Here are some screenshots, once of the dmesg and lscpi output when searching for the driver "i40e" and lscpi for the ethernet controller.

Ah apparently can't post external links yet, so here are obfuscated versions, sorry about that!
