Hello,

I think I will put my server in datacenter but I need a answer for my question. Datacenter person said; we will give you 10 public IP addresses in the single ethernet cable.

How do I add 10 public IP addresses given with a single cable to LXC in the Proxmox?
What do I have to do for this?

I will be happy if you take the time and answer my responsibilities.
Thanks in advance

Hi,

this is normal.
You use one ip on the host and the other in your VM/Container.

How to set this up you have to ask you datacenter provider, because there are more than one way to achieve this setup.

They do not provide technical support in the case of collocation.

So, can I create "vmbrX" for each IP address for containers? or do I need an extra switch hardware?

No you use one ip at the host and the other 9 in the VM/Conteriner direct.
How the routing works I don't know and if you provider can tell you I would take an other provider.
