I forgot about the easy of use of Proxmox when I was looking to make my laptop into a virtual host. I was getting ready to install PM5 when I started to wonder about how to optimally setup my 2TB SATA drive.

I didn't realize that LVM was in play once it was installed. Currently, I have a root, data and swap on the default install and I would like to make a couple of changes to my LVM layout. According to lvdisplay, my root is 96G and 870G in data. I don't see data mounted, so how do I make that available so when I do spin up a image? Secondly, I would like to reduce the data lv so that I can create a 50G lv to store ISO, etc. Any pointers on how to do change the layout to facilitate that change? I do remember using LVM a long time ago, but it has been a long, long time, and I don't want to make changes that will disrupt how proxmox was designed.
