How can I move my simple rpool from a spinning drive to my new SSD?

This is a simple question, but I haven't been able to figure out a solid solution.

I run a simple Proxmox install with a zfs "pool" on 1 disk drive.
Now I want to move all of that data onto a new SSD drive.

How can I do this?

Here is the output of zpool list:
rpool/ROOT on /rpool/ROOT type zfs (rw,noatime,xattr,noacl)
rpool/data on /rpool/data type zfs (rw,noatime,xattr,noacl)
rpool/data/subvol-101-disk-1 on /rpool/data/subvol-101-disk-1 type zfs (rw,noatime,xattr,posixacl)
rpool/data/subvol-102-disk-1 on /rpool/data/subvol-102-disk-1 type zfs (rw,noatime,xattr,posixacl)

├─sdf2 8:82 0 410.1G 0 part

and I want to copy it over to the new SSD
sde 8:64 0 953.9G 0 disk

Backup and restore method:
I thought about making backups of all lxc containers in a "stop" backup. But want to see if I can achieve the above technique instead of a backup and restore approach.

Any help much apprechiated
