[SOLVED] Continuing woes with OVH, Proxmox and Routes

Hello all!

I seriously have no idea what I'm doing at this point and am in desperate need of help, after spending almost a week straight on this to complete fail. I'm on the OVH network, and would sincerely appreciate some direct pointers at this stage

I'm receiving "Destination Host Unreachable" when even pinging IP Addresses to the outside web within the VM. Otherwise, there seems to be a route. Just not the correct one.

Are you sure that netmask 255.255.255.255 is correct ????

what are you doing with the post-up add route commands, they seem to be unnecessary.


And where is the router from vmbr172 to the outside net ???????

I'm honestly not sure if that netmask is correct, but I did change it to 255.255.255.0 just in-case.

I have no idea how to set a route from vmbr172 to the outside net at this point. I've followed every OVH guide for Proxmox and have come up with no solutions. I need someone to show me directly, so I can learn from a proper example.
