can you verify that iqn...c132 is NOT the same iscsi target lun as used by vg_iscsi?

and as bbgeek pointed out you cant use lvm-thin for shared storage.

they could be related, @luciano-shartech would just need to use "base" attribute to link them properly:

base
           Base volume. This volume is automatically activated before accessing the storage. This is mostly useful when the LVM volume group resides on a remote iSCSI server.
