Intel SSD D3-S4610 960 GB has 6,0 PBW - do you really worry about that this could be too little? What I am contemplating is wheather or not these will be durable enough?

I’m not so worried about the 960GB drive but the 240 GB one which is only 1.4 PBW. That’s the one that concerns me the most. That’s also why I am asking here because my experience with Proxmox and how much writes is relatively new.Intel SSD D3-S4610 960 GB has 6,0 PBW - do you really worry about that this could be too little?
Ah, sorry, I misunderstood this!I’m not so worried about the 960GB drive but the 240 GB one which is only 1.4 PBW.

Our numbers go like this: Since about two months we run a three node PVE/Ceph cluster (so I guess that our writes on the system disks are higher than yours because of Ceph). We monitor disk IO and see a constant write flow between 250 and 450 kB/s, let's say, 350 kB/s on average. If my calculation is correct, than 1,4 PBW would give us a runtime of about 125 years.![]()
