Trying to optimize security/spam protection a come across some ideas what would be useful to have in Who Object Mail Filter

1. Contacts (from ProXmox Stats)
In normal world you usually trust the sender to whom you already send some email. For that would be useful to be able whitelist the or just to decrease spam-score.

2. SQL (PgSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
Company usually already have some contact address-book that would be useful to link and for example White that email addresses or just to decrease spam-score

My Use case: change the subject to inform recipient that that sender is not known, since there is a lot of sender name spoofing going on and user do not really careful that email address is not real

Did anyone have any thoughts about that connections to Who Object?

Keep up the great work!

The proper place for enhancement requests would be our bugzilla
https://bugzilla.proxmox.com

As for this particular request - implementation wise it's not really easy, as we'd need to create this and update it regularly - which also means you'd have no option to manually adapt it

also for now there is no action to decrease the spamscore (and I currently don't see a good use-case for it)
