Window VM "freezes" if written via SMB

Hello everyone,

I have got the following problem: My Home-Server running Proxmox has some strange problems since I installed a 10GBit Network Card. If I write on a network share, it sometimes drops to a tranfer rate of 0 kbyte for several seconds (up to 15-20).
The Proxmox-VM uses Virtio Drivers and Guest Agent and is ontop of a "RAID10" ZFS with 2TB WD REDs.

Is there a way to fix this?
