this could easily be eaten up with (node storage face) (node pubic face) (node internal face) (cluster-wide public face) (cluster-wide storage face). any additional decorative blessing (say a backup-scoped face) would exceed the 5 SANs... but... admittedly, something of an advanced use-case

)You can install wildcard certificate using acme.sh in Proxmox, I use acme.sh for my non wildcard proxmox sub domain using DNS verification but you can request a wildcard certificate as well.
