VZdump backup problem (error -5 input/output error)

Hello! I have an proxmox machine with 3 VM (Terminal Server, File Server and Domain Controller 2). The backups worked properly till last week. Now during backup of TS I got an error:

The rest two machines being backuped without any errors. This problem appears either I make backup on internal HDD or external NAS.
I tried to find some info about this error but really couldn't. Maybe somebody faced this problem once?
Can someone help me please?

Test backing up to local storage rather than a remote NFS share. That might provide some clues.

Doesn't work too. But the rest machines backups boyh NFS and local storage
