vm using more ram than alloted

i have proxmox node and one of vm using more ram than alloted i have allot 10gb ram but in htop process show more when i stop and start machine show accurate but after few days again show more ram usage

First, this is normal, but not to the extend you're showing here. Have you enabled disk caching in the VM configuration?

Inside vm memory usage normal as we have alloted but when I check top it show more ram alomost 60 gb ram when stop machine ram free and start everything working fine but after some it's show again more ram than alloted

please share the VM configuration (qm config <ID>) and the output of pveversion -v. Does the usage increase after taking a backup or after taking a snapshot? Or is it slowly increasing all the time?
