BTW. the only kernel shows, that you installed an pve 3.3 and never done an right update (I assume missing subscription and not the no-subscription-repository, or never done dist-upgrade).

But your pve-root is clean said an screenshot before - if not an additional disk in your lvm-group is slower, this will not help.
But you can try it.
Otherwise boot the installtion-cd in rescue-mode!
