Support for Intel VROC NVEM-SSD Raid

Hello all,

does PVE support the new Intel NVME RAID (VROC) Hardware? Wortmann has new servers with this feature.

Hi,

Proxmox VE does not use this in any component of the PVE stack.
AFIK only MD (not supported by PVE) in the last version(not available on Debian Stretch) is capable to use it.

VROC is pretty much "invisible" to the OS. You'll need to enable it from the UEFI/BIOS and after enabling it and rebooting, you'll see a screen with a hot key to press in order to configure the RAID levels. After configuring it, Proxmox should see your new RAID just as other disks.

What about proxmox 6 with Debian Buster ?
