Solved: ZFS snapshot - Unable to automount

Hi,

I receive this warning

Jul 27 20:56:35 backup kernel: [87320.997852] WARNING: Unable to automount /var/backup/.zfs/snapshot/2016-07-27-190000/rpool/fkdms/subvol-100-disk-1@2016-07-27-190000: 512​

while trying to access a zfs snapshot inside an lxc container.

The zfs dataset is bind mounted readonly to the container.
Snapshots are regularly created with znapzend on the proxmox host.

Any help is welcome.

edit: tried it again with disabled AppArmor with no success

Works now. Obviously it was an path configuration error. I had to bind mount the zfs dataset in the lxc container to the same path as in the host.

Hi Grassu,
Could you give some more specific explanations on how you achieved this ?
I simply had the .zfs seen in the rootdir in the container (zfs set snapdir=visible) but suddenly it disappeared.
