i have tried everything and now the screen is stuck on destination host unreachable ping

i am not able to login through the tower physically or access the web gui page
neither the router website is showing

You say "i accidently added a router to the same nic which i was using to access proxmox" Can you explain and give us more detail about configuration?

The VM uses the same IP as your host? Do you have some sort of out-of-band management, like IPMI?

You can probably add a static arp entry on your computer or your router (whichever ways the packets take) so that only the host receives the requests.
arp -s is the tool for that.
