Really weird proxmox issue

Hi,
I have created cluster of 3 nodes which are in same HA group and I have NOT ENABLED Nofailback option.
WHen my one node(Node 3) went down the VMs got equally distributed among other two nodes(Node 1 and Node 2). But after the node(Node 3) is up again, the VM which distributed to other nodes are not transferring back to my original node(Node 3).

Do you have priorities set within the groups? Can you manually test live migration to ensure its working as expected?

Hi,
I have tried it manually only. Can you please tell me how to set priorities. That has to be set at node level or each VM level. I suppose there is no GUI option to set property. I will need to use command. Where I am supposed to run the command ? ON node or on each VM?

This is done during the group setup. There is a a column for priorities, 1 being the highest priority.

THanks for prompt reply. But I am having proxmox version 4.2.2 and in Group creation I see only following options:
ID
Nodes
Comment
Restricted
Nofailback

I suggest getting on latest packeges. If you don't have a subscription you will need to add the non subscription repo's and comment out the enterprise repo's.

apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
reboot
do on each node

Hello,
I installed latest version 4.3.1 but in GUI (Front panel) its not giving that option. SO you mean to say we need to do that via command line?

It can be done on the CLI or it can be done on the GUI.

Datacenter -> Groups -> Double click your group -> Priority is the furthest column on the right
