I just updated PVE from 6 to 7 with an OpenVSwitch configuration.
With ifupdown it seems like my
Installing ifupdown2 solved the problem - though you have to setup a temporary internet connection to download the package.
It's odd that ifupdown2 isn't in the pve7 meta package or a warning in the pre update script
PVE 6 was a manual install from Debian 10.
Maybe this can be added to the "known issues" in the wiki.

pve6to7 --fullPVE 6 was a manual install from Debian 10.
Maybe this can be added to the "known issues" in the wiki.
