Proxmox versions 7.3-6 vs 7.3-4

Hello,
I have two separate proxmox and both are up to date.
one have version :
pve-manager/7.3-6/723bb6ec
another one
pve-manager/7.3-4/d69b70d4

How it is possible ?
Which version is latest ?
How to fix it to have same version on both servers.

If you are using the subscription repository, see what is the latest version [0]

You have to make sure that the apt/repositories are the same on both PVE servers.

It seems that differences was in debian polish ftp repo

but still no subscription had v7.3.6 vs enterprise v7.3.4

May you post the output of the following commands from both nodes?

grep '' /etc/apt/sources.list &&  grep '' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

But You have all of them on the new gui v7.3 above

If you use different update repositories, you will get different package versions.
