Proxmox startet nicht "error: unknown filesystem"

Hallo Proxmox-Team,

ich habe ein Problem und hoffe, dass ihr mir helfen könnt. Ich habe proxmox
5.3-11 Linux PVE 4.15.18-10 64bit mit Software-Raid für einen Kunden auf einer HP-Workstation mit 2 x 4TB HDDs mit zwei laufenden Ubuntu-VMs installiert.

jetzt zeigt die Workstation beim Start an:

error: no such device: c75b80c5f0852c4f.

error: unknown filesystem.

entering rescue mode...

grub rescue> _

"ls" gibt das:

(hd0) (hd0,gpt3) (hd0,gpt2) (hd0,gpt1) (hd1) (hd1,gpt3) (hd1,gpt2) (hd1,gpt1) (hd2) (hd2) (hd3) (hd3) (hd3)

grub rescue> _

"ls (hd0,gpt3)/" usw. ergibt Folgendes:

error: unknown filesystem.

grub rescue> _

wie bei allen anderen "ls-Anfragen". Wie kann ich grub bei proxmox reparieren, wenn ich proxmox mit Software-Raid installiert habe?

Ich habe die Installations-CD von proxmox eingelegt und von CD gebootet. Dann habe ich "rescue boot" gewählt.
Ergebnis:
error: no such device: rpool.
error: unbable to find boot disk automatically

Benötige ich hier wirklich schnelle Hilfe. Oder kann ich irgendwie auf die VMs zugreifen, um sie in eine neue Proxmox-Installation zu importieren?

as with all other "ls requests". How can I repair grub at proxmox if I installed proxmox with Software-Raid?

I inserted the proxmox installation CD and booted from CD. Then I chose "rescue boot".
Result:
error: no such device: rpool.
error: unbable to find boot disk automatically

I need really quick help here. Or can I somehow access the VMs to import them into a new Proxmox installation?

Benötige ich hier wirklich schnelle Hilfe. Oder kann ich irgendwie auf die VMs zugreifen, um sie in eine neue Proxmox-Installation zu importieren?

du kannst die festplatte auf irgendeinem anderen host mit proxmox stecken, und du kannst sie dann ganz normal als speicher hinzufügen (auf dem gui z.b.). so kannst du ganz einfach auf deine vms zugreifen und dort importieren.

danach können wir dein problem genauer anschauen und vielleicht deine alte installation wiederbeleben.

vielen Dank für deinen Tip.
Ich habe die Festplatte ausgebaut und als externe USB-Festplatte auf einen anderen Server mit Proxmox angeschlossen. Wie kann ich die Platte einbinden? Über Konsole habe ich lsblk eingegeben, aber die Platte wird nicht erkannt. Ich habe den Server mal mit parted magic gestartet und Screenshot angehängt. Es sind zwei Platten á 3,94TB vorhanden. Diese sind die beiden über Software-Raid installieren Platten. Die haben ein ZFS-Dateisystem und sind als rpool gekennzeichnet. Dann sind da noch drei Volume drauf mit 451MB/34MB und 130MB.
Wo ist denn die boot Partition? Mit dem Software-Raid habe ich keine Erfahrung. Wo wird die grub bei Software-Raid installiert? Direkt in rpool? Wir komme ich auf das Dateisystem. Kennt sich jemand mit dem Software-Raid aus? Hier komme ich im Moment nicht weiter.

thank you for your tip.
I removed the hard drive and connected it as an external USB hard drive to another server with Proxmox. How can I mount the hard disk? I entered lsblk via console, but the disk is not recognized. I started the server with parted magic and attached a screenshot. There are two disks á 3,94TB. These are the two disks installed via Software-Raid. They have a ZFS file system and are marked as rpool. Then there are three volumes with 451MB/34MB and 130MB.
Where is the boot partition? I have no experience with the software raid. Where is the grub installed at Software-Raid? Directly in rpool? How do I get to the file system? Does anyone know the Software-Raid? I can't get any further here at the moment.

hi.

wenn es kein problem mit der platte selbst gibt, solltest du sie mit fdisk o.ä. erkennen können.

danach kannst du auf dem proxmox gui einfach ein neues storage (zfs in dem fall) einlegen (datacenter -> storage -> add -> zfs), und die richtige device für deine platte wählen (/dev/sdb z.b.)
