Proxmox Host wont "boot" after new PCI-E device is added

I'm running Proxmox 8.2.2 with a GPU passed through to a VM.
When it's booting, the image on my screen freezes right after Proxmox boots - so I can't really do anything on it, but the VM passthrough works well.

Now, I've tried to insert a new PCI-E Wifi/BT card. Proxmox then boots up, but gets "stuck" on the frozen screen - it's running apparently. However, I can't access the admin panel anymore (or ssh into it / ping it).
There's this thread which seems to be addressing my issue: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/machine-doesnt-boot-up-when-gpu-is-installed.103576/post-445806
But, do I have to disable (and enable again afterwards) the blacklisting of my GPU to do the changes or is there a easier way? (-my RX5700XT is affected by the vendor reset, it's been kind of a struggle to get it working in the first place...)

My plan was to passthrough that PCI-E card to a Linux/Win VM (the same the GPU is passed through to) for connecting Bluetooth devices in the first place. (-I'm not using a Bluetooth-USB-Stick because I've made not-so-well experiences with those in the past.)
Anyone who could help me?
