Hi,

Code:
Failed to activate swap /i/dev/pve/swap

Could you please enter the root password for your PVE host and post the output of the storage config and status:

Bash:
pvesm status
cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg

Hi, sorry for late reply. I the line Timeout waiting for device /dev/disk/by-label/HDD, so I comment out the line related to it in /etc/fstab and the node can boot again. I do not know where the LABEL=HDD partition come from

The character "i" at the beginning of the "...swap" line does not belong there. Just remove it...

It is/was (probably) an artifact created by a vi-Newbie, trying to enter the "Insert-Mode" by pressing "i" - accidentally twice. Or exactly the other way around: a vi-user using nano - pressing "i" although this is not required here...

Rocket science
