finally i revived the hardware for our first BBS, and before installing i would like to ask some questions to know what is the best approach to meet our requirements
2. what is the best design of configuring a second PBS (full replication )
pbs1(on site) have 40GB Ethernet .
pbs2(offsite ) have 1\10GB link (not yet configured)
hardware is based on xeon v2 cpu, 64 gb ram ecc, 2x8TB sas ssd (on hardware raid or any other suggested configuration )
- backup lxc\vms (that that pbs is designed to )
- nfs share to store vm backups (hyper-v images)
- nfs share to store other files
