Problem to activate a 10G NIC

Hi guys!

I need some help with a 10G NIC. A client was running a new server and the 10G appears on the web interface, but in the console not. How can i try to "install" this NIC in this server?

Either edit an existing bridge or click on the "Create" tab, and assign the desired interface to a Linux bridge (vmbrN). Same way as eno1 and eno2 are assigned to vmbr0.
 
I try, but do not work. Using the console, the two nics are missing from the list. Ithink that this NIC maybe has a problem.
