Not able to boot in UEFI mode

I have a Dell H310 Server with 8 1TB disks.
I created one virtual disk with disk 1 and disk 2 with raid0 configuration. The other 6 disks are set to Non-RAID mode.
Then I installed proxmox on the 6 disks with zfs raid10 configuration. The virtual disk will be used for backup storage.
Now, in default UEFI booting system, an error occurs: boot unavailable: proxmox
However, there is no issue if I switch the machine to BIOS booting. When the machine boots with BIOS, it enters GRUB and boots successfully to proxmox.
What could be the problem with UEFI? And is there any potential risk using BIOS?
