No GUI after enabling IOMMU

Hello,

First time using Proxmox. Had GUI working fine, then enabled IOMMU and now the gui does not work. It should be reachable on 192.168.200.4:8006

I have confirmed that the pve service is up and running. I've attached pics of ip addr, interfaces and IOMMU groups / lspci. Apologies I'm unable to ssh to copy and paste.

Thanks in advance for any assistance (I'm hoping this is a common problem but nothing I have read has so far solved the issue).
