Hi, I posted this in national german forum und I would like to aks also here in the international forum:

I had first installed a Nextcloud with Letsencrypt in proxmox and enabled port 80 and 443 in my FritzBox for this IP address. Works!

Now I want to set up a second Nextcloud with a different web address and have installed the nginx proxy manager as LXC with Alpine (nice script for that here: script Nginx Proxy Manager in Proxmox LXC container) in preparation for this. I deleted the port shares for the Nextcloud and released port 80 and 443 for the IP address of the nginx proxy manager.

If I now create a proxy host for the nextcloud instance in the nginx proxy manager with port 80 only, I get "Error: Secure connection failed". If I then obtain a Letsencrypt certificate on the SSL tab, I get "Error: Redirection error An error occurred while connecting to sub.meinedomain.berlin. "

I suspect that this is related to the duplicate Letsencrypt certificat, but don't really know any more. Any ideas?
Thank you very much!
Best regards
Rainer
