Hello,

Since yesterday after updating the proxmox system and restarting. The mounts don't work anymore and I have this error over and over again:

Jan 23 13:57:57:57 pvestatd[2293]: mount error: Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)
Jan 23 13 13:57:57:57 kernel: CIFS VFS: Send error in SessSetup = -11
Jan 23 13 13:57:57:57 kernel: CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -11

I also tried manually with the file "fstab "and the umout command "-a -v" but the same:

mount error(11): Resource temporarily unavailable
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)

Sharing works very well for other machines it is accessible and working!
PROXMOX Virtual Environment 5.3-8
If you have any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,

is you network ok?
can you ping the NAS?

pvesm scan cifs ***.***.**.99 => no sharing

And I confirm that sharing works well from other machines!
I checked there is no firewall rule that blocks.

* do you get any output in `dmesg` after trying to mount it on PVE?
* what are the mount-options on devices where the mount is successful?
* what device is providing the cifs-share?
by default newer linux-kernels (and hence proxmox) does not mount SMBv1 anymore unless explicitly specified
