Is Proxmox 7.latest / 5.13.19-4 fully using the power of the 12th gen Intel CPUs?

In other words, is the latest Proxmox and the actual kernel capable to fully use all the P-Cores and E-Cores at their maximum ring core frequency? Or the Alder Lake P-cores will be running crippled at 3.6 GHz?
I know this is more a Debian issue not a Proxmox issue, but I'm pretty sure some specialists on this forum have tested the new Intel generation

Currently, we are using the kernel version 5.13 and are testing 5.15 (a thread about opt-in testing of version 5.15 can be found here: [1]). Support for Intel's improved thread scheduling is expected to be added in March to the kernel (not necessarily Proxmox) with version 5.18. That being said, as far as I can tell, that does not affect the base or boosted clocks of your cores, it's mainly an issue about under-utilizing the efficiency cores. So, to answer your question, is Proxmox currently using the full power of Alder Lake CPUs? No, not yet, but it is not likely to completely cripple them either. Better support will of course be added with regular kernel updates.

Although not supported... Could I just copy Proxmox's kernel's .config file and use it to compile my own kernel from src? I'm wondering how much the Proxmox kernel is tweaked compared to the normal kernel. It'd be cool to be able to run 6.0.1 or the like, even if it's just for home use.
