When I run backup in proxmox getting error below

Getting error when running backup qmp command 'query-proxmox-support' failed

I couldn't find a resolution to this problem, can anyone advice?

could you please provide the output of pveversion -v and qm config 20436?

This should hopefully give us some information on why this is failing the way it is.

Are there maybe any more relevant log messages in the syslog (journalctl -b -e)?

You can also try upgrading you packages to the latest version (or at least libproxmox-backup-qemu0 and pve-qemu-kvm) and reboot (or in the latter case, reboot the VMs).
