Geforce GTX M4000 issue on VM Windows 10 (error 43)

Hi all, I got this major problem that I really want to solve :)

First of Hardware used in this scenarion
ProxMox: Virtual Environment 7.4-3

32 x AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3955WX 16-Cores
1x NVIDIA Quadro K2000 - for primary graphics only. - PRIMARY (set in bios)
2x NVIDIA Quadro M4000 - for Virtualization
62GB of RAM
500GB HD NVME

Settings:
amd_iommu=on
Grouping is working, each Gcard has its own ID and group
Virtualization is ON for CPU in Bios

2 VM:s is installed with exactly the same setup.
These are intended to be used with RDP sessions
-------------------
Vm01 & Vm02
Windows 10 64-Bit
Nvidia drivers used: 537.70-quadro-rtx-desktop-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql

Gpedit and enabled
- Use hardware graphics adapers for all "Remote Desktop Sessions"
- Prioritize H.264/AVC 444 graphics mode for Remote Desktop Connections

Done this

Issue:

Facing issues preventing them from avoiding Error Code 43 right after Startup/Reboot.
Uninstalling the device and waiting for a rediscovery and it pops backup and sometimes it fails and sometimes it doesn't, but as soon as the machine is restarted, it encounters the same error code again. how can i fix this?
