Hi, I have a server running proxmox as virtualizer, recently I updated proxmox to 6.2-10 and after a bit I've started seeing some READ errors (with relative stutter on the web page) that quickly end up in a Error -5 and a "Shutting down filesystem" (VMs are still operational but proxmox is uncontrollable, and server needs a full reset)
This is what my server's iLO shows up in the console:

Does anyone have any idea about the problem, or any possible fix? Thanks!

that does look like a failing hard drive or controller... what does SMART say?

The management interface of my HP Proliant DL380 G7 doesn't say anything about having problems with its disks, except for the drive in bay one which is currently out for replacement as it was faulty when i bought it. I attached a screenshot of the server's management interface.

Edit:
Update, I'm starting to think that the sd card from which the server loads PVE is faulty/broken
