Forum Malfunctioning?

Is the forum boards broken/malfunctioning?
Different parts of the forum are not working...

Replying to post does not sometimes work.
Uploading an attachment button is not functioning.
WYSIWYG editor is not parsing line breaks. Must place in < br > commands manually.
 
works here, but some already mentioned problems with Chromium browser on some Linux desktops.

so what OS do you run, which browser and version?
 
Running Chrome on Windows 7 x64
This issue is not present when doing a quick reply. But it was present doing a "full" reply from within a current forum posting.
The "quick" reply insert image works, however, the "full" reply Manage Attachments button did not work.

yes, just use the "basic uploader".

we are running currently vbulletin 4.x - we tested upgrading to 5.x but 5.x was not working as needed in our test. but 5.x looks better now, so we plan to move to latest 5.x later this year.
