I'm trying to install proxmox, but, I skip this error!

(please, Fix the link!
Because I can not paste url to be new!!)
I tried different ways to create a bootable USB(yumi, rufus,imageusb, etc ) and In all the same error appears to me!!!
please help!
Why do I get this error?
How do I solve it?

the comand dd destroys Literally USB.
That is, leaves it unrecognizable as bootable.
