[SOLVED] During install froz ot 70%

So i am installing proxmox 8 and it is frozen at 70% (extracting pve-kernel-6.2.16-3-pve6.216-3_amd64.deb) its been stuck for over 30 minutes.20230829_230846_resized.jpg

did you verify the installer ISO after download?
 
Sorry for the late reply it turned out to be a bad drive i was installing to. Thanks for the help.

Glad to hear that you were able to figure out the issue.
 
FYI, in my case, it was a bad USB drive (external NVME USB). After flashing proxmox ISO to a normal USB 3.1 thumb drive, install was successful.
