Hi All,

My Proxmox 4.4 server just does not want to send email anymore!

It used to work fine but randomly stopped a week or so ago.

Whenever I try to send an email I get the following output:

postdrop: warning: uid=1008: No space left on device
send-mail: fatal: lucam(1008): queue file write error
Can't send mail: sendmail process failed with error code 75

I have searched through forum posts / tried the usual of expanding /TMP and increasing the message size limit in the postfix/main.cf file but neither have made an difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thankyou

Luca

Seems to you have no free space on hard disk. Please check with df -h command.

Hi,

Yes it seems to be pve-root that is full.

I've used NCDU to find that there is a huge backup file stored somewhere it doesnt need to be...

I am currently moving it out and will test email again once it is complete.

Thankyou!
