Hello,

I recently started to implement a supervision solution onto my proxmox server,

Seeing strange cpu usage of my containers by gathering data from telegraf (inside the containers) I have decided to use proxmox metrics.

I have followed the "tutorial" : https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/External_Metric_Server but proxmox don't seem to send metrics to influxdb.

my /etc/pve/storage.cfg file :

my /etc/influxdb/influxdb.conf :

No metrics :

Influxdb service listening on 8089 udp port :

You put the configuration in the wrong file, this doesn't belong in the storage.cfg
As you can see in the wiki article, /etc/pve/status.cfg is referenced.

This seems to be a good reason why it doesn't worked for me...

Thank you for your help.
