Tried installing Proxmox over wifi. I don't have access to Ethernet right now. Installation went through, and I got the welcome message on the server side, but the WEB UI can not be reached. I believe it has something to do with the fact that wlo1 is down. Not really too sure. Literally started learning all this yesterday. Thank you for your help.

PVE does not install wifi support tools by default because wifi is not really suitable for this purpose. With most access points you cannot bridge multiple VM's to one wifi interface. It is not "hard", it is not possible. So you need to set up IP routing with NAT. See here for some options. If you are new to Linux this is going to be a learning experience:

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/WLAN

Or virt-manager which also uses KVM and LXC as base to do it's magic: https://virt-manager.org/
So you could use the same technology like ProxmoxVE but in a more desktop-oriented way.

Another option might be to use incus (although to be fair like ProxmoxVE it's more aimed at server environments).
